Carrying out robust research and evaluating our impact

Natalie joined Global Action Plan in 2024, bringing experience from her background in data analysis and environmental project delivery. Her role at Global Action Plan involves designing, leading on and supporting a range of research from literature reviews to air quality studies in people’s homes and our quarterly Clean Air Public Insight Tracker. She is also responsible for measuring and evaluating Global Action Plan’s impact at a project level and organisation-wide.

Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Ecology and previously worked as an environmental consultant for a number of clients, including Local Authorities and private developers.

Natalie is passionate about evidence-driven campaigning and ensuring a community-focused approach. She also volunteers for the Sheaf and Porter Rivers Trust in Sheffield, preserving the city’s historic rivers.

I’m a strong believer that climate justice has to start with social justice, and Global Action Plan does such a good job of centring communities within their projects. It’s incredibly empowering to see the positive impact of our work on others.
