Global Action Plan UK (GAP) was set up in 1993 on the belief that people can act on environmental issues right now. This is as true in 2017 as it was back then. GAP focuses on people, inspiring them to take practical steps to reduce the impact from their homes, schools and workplaces. Funded by pioneering businesses and charitable trusts, GAP designs programmes and campaigns that encourage a shift in behaviour – behaviour that benefits not just the planet but also business and society.
