"We all need clean air! It’s the very basis of life. We know what action is needed to clean things up – now we need to work together to push for political change so that every child can breathe freely."

Afzal Khan MP
"I am extremely proud to be part of Global Action Plan’s Clean Air Parliamentary Champion Network! Air pollution is a huge priority for me as an MP and directly impacts my constituents in Greater Manchester. I’ve been campaigning on this issue in Parliament for many years and working with schools, councillors, and activists in Manchester on climate action in the community. As a clean air champion, I will continue to do all that I can, on a local and national level, to support measures that help deliver the monumental environmental change our planet desperately needs."

Grahame Morris MP
"I am proud to be a Clean Air Champion because I believe every person has the right to breathe clean air, free from the toxic pollutants that have plagued our communities for far too long. It is vital that we find fair, affordable and efficient solutions to improve our air quality across the country. Together, we must call for stronger air quality standards and ensure that our children and future generations can live healthier, happier lives."
