We have five principles (which we call values for ease) that we live and work by as an organisation. In particular we apply them in the following ways:

- Recruitment: As the 2nd happiest workplace in the UK (Happy Company survey 2016), our team and organisational culture are incredibly important to us. We take great care to bring in people who reflect our values and who we know will thrive.

- Decisions: When we have important decisions regarding ways of working, projects, new campaigns or even the staff party we use our values to help guide us.

- Partners and Ambassadors: We make sure that we work with people and organisations who share our values and have even turned down funding when there is a mismatch
