1. Competition run by Global Action Plan, 9-13 Kean Street, London, WC2B 4AY.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees and agents of Global Action Plan and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Entrants must ‘follow’ @globalactplan and tweet their ‘truths of behaviour change’ to @globalactplan between Thursday 20th October and Friday 28th October in order to enter the competition. If somebody retweets a ‘truth’ by another user this will not be accepted and entered. All entries received within the Term of the Promotion will be entered into the competition for the chance to win.
4. There will be one winner chosen from the list of entrants at 5.00pm on Friday 28th October.
5. The prize is for one hour long telephone consultation with one of Global Action Plan’s change experts. 
6. No cash alternative to the prize is available.
7. We reserve the right to disqualify or reject any entry we believe to be in conflict with our promotion or not made in good faith or on other reasonable grounds or made under multiple accounts belonging to the same user.
8. Notification shall be sent to the winner no later than one week after they are chosen. Notification shall take place by a Twitter public message and/or private message. Such notification shall set out the procedure for claiming the prize.
9. Once the winner has been notified, he/she will need to provide full contact details including name, job title, organisation and email address within 30 days in order to claim the prize.
10. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide an address for delivery or fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve decided upon at the same time as the original winner.

12. The Promoter's decisions in all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and the Promoter reserves the right not to enter into correspondence in respect of this prize draw except with the prize winner.
13. Global Action Plan reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control or to amend or modify these Prize Draw Entry Rules at any time.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend any element of the prize for reasons beyond their reasonable control.
15. These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England.
16. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter.
17. Entrants agree to be bound by the above Competition Entry Rules.
18. By entering the competition, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this competition and the winner consents to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of advertising, promotion and/or publicity in connection with the competition.
