The past year has been one of both significant challenge and opportunity for those working to safeguard people and planet.

Against a backdrop of political change, cost-of-living pressures, and escalating climate impacts, Global Action Plan has continued to act with urgency, clarity, and ambition. This report reflects not only the tangible progress we have made in 2024/25, but also the values and vision that drive our mission: to confront the systems harming health, equity, and the environment, and to reimagine them in ways that foster a cleaner, fairer world.
