It takes 21 days to make cycling a habit

The Global Action Plan Youth Panel created a 21 day cycling challenge along with a complete guide to getting started with cycling. Download the Cycle 21 toolkit below.

 CYCLE 21

'Cycle 21' a 21-day challenge, created by Global Action Plan's Youth Panel, to encourage students and young professionals to get into cycling. The Youth Panel developed some toolkits to help you get into the cycling mindset, and some template letters to contact your workplace or local government to improve cycling infrastructure.

Cycling is a great way to improve your health and wellbeing, a great alternative to public transport and is fantastic for the environment! It’s said that it takes 21 days to form a habit. With our 21-day challenge, you’ll be building muscle, improving fitness and saving the planet before you know it.
