Catalyst Youth Young people are the future. They are key to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and tackling environmental issues, such as climate change. We want to invest in young people, and that's why each year we offer 30 young people who are not in education, employment, or training (often referred to as NEETs) the opportunity to take part in a three-day workshop. Successful applicants learn about climate change, behaviour change and get to polish their interview and communication skills. Young people who successfully complete the course will also be able to apply to join GAP as a Programme Assistant for a year. Catalyst Youth is a fantastic opportunity for young people with an interest in sustainability and those considering working in the charity and environmental sector. Our previous Programme Assistants have all prospered. You can find out more about their journeys, the course and the job below. Find out more: The course The job Mentoring Where are they now?
