Lauren is a chartered HR Manager with a passion for building compassionate workplace cultures and an understanding that what works well for your people, also works well for the organisation. Lauren holds an MA in Human Resource Management and is a Qualified Mediator with the London School of Mediation. She supports Global Action Plan with it's strategic commitments to create a happy, healthy and highly skilled workforce and to set and start striving for impactful equity, diversity and inclusion goals.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time in nature, whether foraging for food or finding any excuse to jump into a body of water.
