Philippa is the Partner responsible for telling our behaviour change stories though marketing and communications, and driving our internal excellence in people and projects.

Her projects focus on empowering others to deliver change, including an award-winning retail partnership with Tesco and our 5-year social investment programme with Ignite. She is especially proud of the 300 unemployed young people trained through GAP’s programmes, who have gone on to engage more than 90,000 individuals.

Previously, Philippa was a journalist and editor, including launching a green social housing magazine. Then as Head of Regions at BioRegional Development Group, she gave strategic advice to leading local authorities, and set-up grassroots projects to support small businesses, drive local food production and inspire community change.

She has an MA in Modern History from Magdalen College, Oxford.
