Responsible for HR, Learning & Development, Office Services, IT and systems, Louise’s priority is to make sure Global Action Plan has the right people, resources and environment to deliver on its mission. Louise has over eight years’ experience managing the offices and HR functions within fast-paced, dynamic SMEs, with a personal highlight being the five years she spent working for a leading Sustainable Procurement consultancy. Louise will champion behaviour change techniques internally to maximise employee engagement.

Louise has a BA in Media, Culture & Society from the University of Birmingham and is currently studying for a Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice (Level 3) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
