Global Action Plan UK (GAP) was set up in 1993 on the belief that people can act on environmental issues right now. This is as true in 2017 as it was back then. GAP focuses on people, inspiring them to take practical steps to reduce the impact from their homes, schools and workplaces. Funded by pioneering businesses and charitable trusts, GAP designs programmes and campaigns that encourage a shift in behaviour – behaviour that benefits not just the planet but also business and society.

At GAP everyone comments on the quality of our team – could you be the next to join us? Our staff package includes a competitive salary, flexible working hours, generous annual leave, an ethical pension scheme, sociable colleagues and many other benefits.

Jobs with us can be found below and on and boundaries with the materials that they produce and craft compelling stories about the impact they have made.

Global Action Plan equips and inspires people to take practical actions that will make a positive environmental impact. As the UK’s leading environmental behaviour change charity, we work with pioneering businesses, schools, local government and the NHS to design and deliver programmes that help people live more sustainable, healthier lives.

We put people at the heart of everything we do – our workplace as well as our programmes. We were delighted to be the second happiest workplace ever surveyed, in a recent 'Happy People' benchmarking exercise.

Build the digital presence and profile of a dynamic charity on a mission to tackle our throwaway society and the issues it causes for the wellbeing of our citizens and the planet.
