Clair came to GAP after three years of developing energy modelling for new developments and renewable technologies. Since joining GAP six years ago, she has worked with a huge cross-section of organisations to help them implement behaviour change programmes and environmental management systems. Clair is currently leading on a number of hospital programmes as part of Operation TLC, helping hospital staff to reduce energy consumption and improve patient experience at the same time. She is also leading on developing and delivering content for GAP’s youth and corporate training programmes, as well as being responsible for GAP's internal knowledge, measurement and evaluation.

Clair is a chartered environmentalist and GAP’s in-house environmental manager, maintaining our ISO14001 accreditation and overseeing a 43% reduction in our own carbon emissions over the past 5 years.
