With around 15,000 employees and over 9 million customers Sky is a great partner for Global Action Plan.

By working in partnership with Sky we have the ability to engage with millions of people on taking positive actions to protect our environment.

The three-year partnership is focused around both Sky's internal community and their customers' communities. With increasing concerns over the environment it's important to empower people to act and that's what our partnership aims to do.

Greener communities

With projects such as EverGreen and Appetite for Action we're working with housing associations and schools, both integral parts of the community, to help turn knowledge and ideas into action, from waste-free lunchboxes to recycling systems.

A Greener Sky

With our programmes it IS easy being green. Sky staff have seen the benefits of joining up to tackle climate change. From volunteering days creating spaces for home grown, low carbon food, through to forming EcoTeams, our ‘weight-watchers-esque’ household eco-programme. 

Integrating our Environment Champions programme into Sky’s Bigger Picture Champions programme, has provided a new dimension to their internal activities, with a year long training programme and action packs to bring about positive changes within Sky.
