We have launched a new employee recognition scheme, every month someone at Global Action Plan will win £100. The winner is picked thanks to nominations from workmates, who want to say thank you to each other.

When employees nominate each other they give examples of the great work that has been done, and which of our new key competencies it relates to.

These competencies are divided into 3 categories: Make a difference, Be passionate about what we are doing and Be one team and deliver the results.

The winner…

We are thrilled to announce that Donna McKitterick is our first ever winner, because of the brilliant work she has done within our Sky partnership. Congratulations, Donna!

Donna was chosen because of the amazing job she has done within the Sky partnership.
