Are you a consumerholic? Yes? Confess here.
Are you a consumerholic?
Consumerholics Anonymous (CA) is “a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem… an addiction to consumerism.” We want you to join us.
To celebrate Buy Nothing Day on Saturday 28 November, and to start the healing, we're going to confess our deepest, darkest secrets. The guilty ones hidden in the back of the wardrobe, in the depths of the freezer, and on top of the bookshelf.
For instance we've got a real addiction to tea and biscuits, bidding on our own items on eBay, and buy-one-get-one frees. To help expunge some of our guilt we're going to be posting our video confessions.

Do you have a confession to make?
We'd love to hear from you. Email us at iconfess@globalactionplan.org.uk.
We’ll share our confessions with others who are also suffering and give you some top tips and advice to stay away from the glitz and shine of consumerism.
Come back regularly to read our Consumerholic’s Diary. We’ll share some of your confessions too. And the best of them will win the prize with the least environmental impact… nothing!
